- Oregon voters passed by referendum Measure 110, or the Drug Addiction Treatment and Recovery Act, in November 2020.The measure’s stated goal is to establish a more health-based, equitable and effective approach to drug addiction in Oregon by shifting the response to drug possession from criminalization to treatment and recovery.
- Residential Treatment Services. Residential Treatment Facilities are located throughout the United States. The Evergreen Council on Problem Gambling (ECPG) has contracted with three locations to provide residential treatment services for Washington State residents who meet eligibility requirements.
